What You’ll Do

Marketing & Pre-Sales

• Create compelling product narratives, demos, and solution decks
• Participate in customer discovery, requirement understanding, and pre-sales meetings
• Build prototype flows and help position 22North’s solutions to airline prospects

Product Development

• Translate airline use-cases into user stories, flows, and detailed functional documentation
• Work with Product & Engineering teams during sprints, QA, and UAT
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine product roadmap

Deployment & Delivery

• Lead implementation of messaging bots, workflows, and passenger-journey automation
• Manage UAT cycles with airline teams and ensure smooth go-live
• Prepare deployment documentation, training guides, and product walkthroughs

Client Relationships

• Act as the functional SME for airline clients
• Train airline teams and ensure high adoption of deployed features
• Gather feedback and channel it into the product roadmap
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement

What You Must Bring

• 8+ years experience in Aviation / Travel Tech domain

• Strong working knowledge of

  airline reservation systems

  (Amadeus, Sabre, Navitaire)
• Understanding of

  booking, ticketing, DCS, check-in, and departure control processes

• Hands-on experience in implementing or using

  digital communication / bot-based solutions

• Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and client-handling skills
• Ability to create clear flows, documentation, and functional specifications

Good to Have

• Experience working with airline digital teams, customer experience teams, or OTAs
• Understanding of WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS, Voice, and notification systems
• Background in product onboarding or pre-sales solutions for airlines
