Product Analyst

Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis and Insights: - Evaluate product performance metrics to pinpoint trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and share insights with stakeholders. 2. Customer Insights and Feedback: - Collect and analyze customer feedback to comprehend user pain points and preferences. - Utilize surveys, user interviews, and focus groups to guide product decisions. 3. Market Research: - Research market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices. - Offer insights on market positioning and identify new product opportunities. 4. Collaboration with Teams: - Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to prioritize features and enhancements. - Aid in defining and documenting product requirements and user stories. 5. A/B Testing and Experimentation: - Develop and assess A/B tests to optimize features, functionality, and user experience. - Validate hypotheses and provide recommendations for enhancements. 6. Support Product Strategy: - Quantify the impact of potential features on business metrics. - Assist in constructing business cases and ROI analyses for new initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience in Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative work across teams. - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics). - Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. - Passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving impactful product solutions. - Prior experience in the mobility, transportation, or technology domain is advantageous.
