Product Adoption Specialist

You will be joining our Customer Success team as a Product Adoption Specialist at Keka, a leading HR platform that has revolutionized the industry in the last 6 years. As a Product Adoption Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers utilize Keka effectively for their business operations. Your responsibilities will include providing top-notch technical support through phone, email, and chat, resolving product-related issues, coordinating with various teams for quicker solutions, conducting software installations and upgrades, and creating support documentation and FAQs. Your role will also involve offering product training to customers, identifying trends in customer issues, escalating critical matters, and continuously striving to enhance customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. A degree in computer science or related field is preferred, and familiarity with support tools and a fast-paced work environment will be advantageous.
