• Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Producer at Spotlight located in Gurugram. The Producer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with content production, managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

• Experience in content production and coordination
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Own day-to-day content development and tasks in support of new content, content
• maintenance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, proactively and with

high attention to communication standards.

• Strong writing skills
• Work with outside creators, designers and developer teams. Ability to work within a technical space & collaborate with technical experts – Edit, VFX, Creatives – 2D & 3D.
• Familiar with technical requirements for sharing content on social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field.
