Spotlight is the world's first lifestyle discovery and booking platform with an AI-driven workflow, enabling seamless, multi-venue bookings without logistical hassle. Our soon-to-be-launched app on iOS and Android aims to revolutionize how users discover and book lifestyle experiences.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ?

As the Founding Partner & CTO you will be responsible for leading the technology vision and strategy, overseeing product development, managing the technical teams, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our platform. The role also involves making key technical decisions, monitoring the latest industry trends, and collaborating with other co-founders to align technology with business goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
Effective Communication skills
Experience in Sales and Marketing
Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams
Solid understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
Experience with mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms (Flutter, React, Google Cloud)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2-5 years of relevant professional experience in technology, product development, or related domains.
