Procurement/Purchase Executive

As a Procurement/Purchase Executive at our company, your role will involve managing purchasing activities such as sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining cost efficiency while upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Identify reliable vendors and suppliers, request quotations, and evaluate offers. - Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate procurement records. - Ensure timely delivery of materials and track inventory levels. - Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements. - Maintain vendor database and cultivate strong supplier relationships. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards. - Monitor market trends and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in the construction/infrastructure industry. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/purchase software. - Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
