Job description A leading Infrastructure company at Areekode , Malappuram, Kerala is looking for experienced Project Managers. Education: A Bachler's degree/ Diploma in civil engineering, is required. Experience: Require 2+ years of experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials is crucial. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively liaising with clients, stakeholders, team members, and subcontractors. Key responsibilities: Candidate should able to handle Planning, Coordination and Execution of project. Allocating resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment Implementing quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications. Developing and maintaining project schedules, identifying critical path activities, and ensuring that milestones are met according to the timeline. Proficiency in using AutoCAD Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting cost estimations and billing Familiarity with DSoR and its application in construction projects. Day-to-day management of the sites, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
