Procurement Transformation Manager

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Transformation:
Develop and execute procurement transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals and global best practices.
Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies in current procurement processes and implement lean, automated, and scalable solutions.
Digital Procurement Enablement:
Lead the adoption of digital tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) to streamline sourcing, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
Change Management:
Drive change across procurement teams and business units, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations) and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of procurement initiatives.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Develop strategic supplier partnerships, improve supplier performance, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Use procurement analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure procurement policies, procedures, and contracts comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and category management.
Experience in leading procurement transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
Proficiency in procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience

13+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
Proven track record in transformation projects or consulting engagements.
