Role Summary

Sr. Operations Executive is Responsible for Insuring seamless operations in procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, compliance, and project execution. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in procurement, planning, forecasting, and relationship management to optimize processes and achieve cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management

• Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
• Lead packaging procurement, collaborating with external vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms.
• Implement cost-saving strategies like packaging redesigns, material substitutions, and process improvements.
• Monitor budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction in marketing services procurement.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to agreements.
• Implement and manage vendor performance metrics (KPIs) in collaboration with marketing and procurement leadership.
• Proactively identify, assess, and evaluate new sources to ensure quick turnaround for procurement activities.
