Job Description

Job Title:

Procurement Sr. Executive / Manager / Sr. Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities:

Material Planning
: Develop and manage material plans as per project schedules (RCC & Structural Steel).
Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors; conduct technical and commercial assessments.
Purchase Management
: Float RFQs, finalize purchase orders, and ensure cost-effective procurement with timely delivery.
BOM Handling
: Analyze Bill of Materials and align procurement with engineering requirements.
Delivery Coordination
: Monitor PO execution, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate with logistics & site teams.
Cost & Budget Control
: Achieve savings through negotiation, alternate sourcing, and adherence to budgets.
Contracts & Compliance
: Manage supplier contracts, legal compliance, and documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination
: Liaise with Project, Engineering, QA/QC, and Stores for seamless project execution.

Requirements:

Education
: B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mech)
Experience
: 5 to 15 years in civil/industrial project procurement
Salary:
As per industry standards
Skills
: Negotiation, vendor management, cost control, scheduling
