Roles & Responsibilities :

• Amending purchase orders in response to material requirements established by manufacturing, field operations, Technology, or project management.
• Expedites, de-expedites, and issues change orders to meet manufacturing, field plant, or project demands.
• Executes procurement processes in accordance with policies, business practices, and work methods, as well as Category Management strategy.
• Analyzes and resolves basic Goods and Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) issues. Resolve GR/IR coordination with the Supplier and Field Procurement when necessary.
• Resolve Blocked Invoices or aging PTS records in SAP coordination with the Supplier and Field Procurement when necessary.
• Data clean-up activities.

a. Closure of Purchase orders in SAP, Bulk & mass update to mark Final Invoice/Delivery Complete. Close All Material Orders zero/small open quantities.

b. Close All Aging Purchase Requisitions unreleased/released (coordinate with the PSL or Inventory Planner
