Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and technically strong Procurement Manager with 7–8 years of experience in consumer electronics sourcing.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end procurement operations, encompassing strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, and supplier performance management. A solid foundation in Electronics Engineering is essential to effectively manage technically complex products such as mobile chargers, power banks, trimmers, and hair straighteners.

Mandatory Requirement

• Proven experience in handling Chinese vendors is mandatory.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (mandatory).

• Experience:

  7–8 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management with strong exposure to consumer electronics.

• Product Expertise:

  Deep understanding of electronic components and sourcing ecosystems for mobile accessories and personal grooming devices.

• Negotiation & Communication:

  Demonstrated excellence in commercial negotiations and stakeholder engagement.

• Technical Acumen:

  Ability to interpret engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical specifications.

• Analytical Capability:

  Strong financial and market analysis skills for demand forecasting, cost control, and budget management.

• Systems Proficiency:

  Mandatory working knowledge of

  SAP

  ; experience with

  ARIBA

  will be an added advantage.
