Procurement Specialist

Job Description

Qualifications: Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor s degree from any major as proven by a diploma Advanced degrees in business, supply chain management, or related fields are an advantage Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Procurement Expert, with proven experience in Indonesian government or SOE projects Strong experience in handling procurement for internationally funded projects is highly desirable, especially with the World Bank Certifications: Goods/Services Procurement Expert certificate or prior completion of World Bank Procurement certification is preferred Additional relevant certifications in procurement and supply chain management are a plus Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: Experience in procurement for large-scale infrastructure, development, or public sector projects Knowledge of Indonesian government procurement laws and regulations Familiarity with World Bank procurement processes and guidelines, including the ability to navigate the procurement framework of international donors
