With a capacity of 65 KLPD, the company continues to pioneer in the agro-industry sector. Designation: Raw Material Procurement Specialist Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement Excellence: Strategically source and procure high-quality rice and maize , ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition to meet production demands. 2. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse network of raw material suppliers. 3. Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market analysis, closely monitoring trends, price fluctuations, and supply chain dynamics within the rice and maize industries to inform procurement strategies. 4. Inventory Optimization: Implement and oversee robust inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent production disruptions. Requirements: 1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in raw material procurement, preferably within the agricultural or distillery sector. 2. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding and familiarity with the rice and maize industry , including sourcing regions, quality parameters, and supply chain intricacies. 3. Exceptional Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes effectively. 4.
