Understand end-to-end sourcing RFx procurement lifecycleDocument processes with flowcharts and workflow mappingWork with client focal points to obtain process contentMaintain version control and compliance documentationSupport release management of process documentsProvide training and refresher sessionsFormulate strategies to move up the value chainContribute to engagement profitabilityEnsure audit readiness of process documentsWork with stakeholders and management efficientlyPositive attitude, planning, curiosity, self-disciplineCategory execution (low clip & tactical buying tasks)Localization for global agreements (execution level)Contract management and administrationSourcing/RFx management (client engagement, supplier scoring, event outcomes)NDA/CDA negotiationCost modeling (simple and intermediate models)Supplier performance management (client interaction)Scorecard creation and calculationsFinancial health reporting (complex queries)Market intelligence and supplier identification (varying complexity)Back-office escalations and support Policies, Procedures and Program Management 
Participate in policy reviews and recommend improvementsCommunicate procurement strategy and escalate service-impacting issues Category Management and Sourcing Execution 
Lead sourcing initiatives and strategic planningAnalyze and cleanse spend data to identify opportunitiesFinalize business requirements and budgets with stakeholdersEvaluate market trends and supplier capabilitiesAlign sourcing strategy with category strategy and business rulesDocument sourcing processes and maintain compliance records Sourcing Execution 
Lead RFx events for medium complexity categoriesCreate RFx documents and manage bid processesEvaluate supplier proposals and recommend preferred suppliersPrepare contracts and award lettersNegotiate pricing and termsSupport NDA/CDA creation and legal coordination Contract and Compliance Administration 
Enter contracts into management toolsSupport implementation and communication of new contractsAssist in change management and stakeholder impact analysis Category Buying Desk 
Execute tactical buys and sourcing eventsProvide supplier lists and specification feedbackMaintain savings tracking and reporting Cost Modelling and Supplier Performance 
Create should-cost modelsPrepare supplier scorecards and financial health dataLead supplier performance reviews and QBRs Other Middle Office Activities 
Collect market intelligence and ESG dataSupport dashboards and reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, Sievo)Assist in master data updates and vendor recordsContribute to process enhancements and digitalization initiatives  
  
 Escalation and Request Management 
  • Resolve P2P escalations and refer unresolved issues
  • Manage non-automated client requests via Intake Workflow System
  • Execute stakeholder requests not requiring S2P Lead support

  •  Work the shift hours to support North America time zone (6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST/7.30 pm to 4.30 am IST)
