Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials, equipment, and services.
• Source high-quality products and agro-related inputs from reliable suppliers.

Supplier Relationship Management

• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality and sustainability standards.

Cost Optimization

• Negotiate contracts to secure the best deals without compromising quality.
• Monitor market trends to forecast material costs and manage budgets effectively.

Compliance and Sustainability

• Ensure all procurement practices comply with legal and environmental standards.
• Promote sustainable sourcing practices to align with SmartAgros ecological goals.

Inventory and Logistics

• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste and surplus.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with all managers, sales, and operational teams to understand requirements.
• Lead a small team of procurement specialists if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in agro-realty, agriculture, or timber industries.

• Strong negotiation, Communication and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.

• Understanding of sustainability practices in procurement is a plus.
