About the Role The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of two Procurement Specialists, the entire procurement process, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and process improvement within the procurement department. Essential Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost savings. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Lead and mentor the procurement team. Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management. Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience Minimum 4 years experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry Knowledge, Ability & Skills Strong leadership skills. Advanced written and verbal English communication skills. Accomplished project lead on problem solving initiatives Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in procurement software and tools.
