Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy:

Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.

Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for best pricing and service. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Inventory Control:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.

Purchase Order Management:

Oversee the creation and processing of purchase orders. Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze inventory trends and procurement data to forecast demand and support decision-making. Provide regular reports to senior management.

Cost Optimization:

Drive cost-saving initiatives through competitive sourcing, bulk buying, and long-term supplier agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and production teams to align procurement and inventory management
