Procurement Intern Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Intern to support our procurement team in sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processing. This internship will provide hands-on experience in supply chain operations and procurement strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and evaluating vendor proposals. Support in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries. Maintain and update procurement records and supplier databases. Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance. Assist in negotiations and vendor communication. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Work closely with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs efficiently. Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to procurement activities. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management is a plus.
