IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE PREFERRED Key Skills & Responsibilities: · Negotiate pricing, Terms and Contracts with suppliers to achieve the best Cost, Quality, and Delivery timelines. · Ensure all procured products meet quality standards, certifications, and compliance requirements. · Analyze procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality. · Engage with traders, and negotiate purchases based on competitive market prices. · Understanding of global import/export regulations and market trends. · Source IT infrastructure products (e.g., Servers, Networking devices, Storage, and Security solutions) from authorized distributors and OEMs. · Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure compliance with procurement policies. · Maintain supplier database and evaluate supplier performance periodically. · Track inventory levels and manage replenishment cycles as per project demands. · Liaise with the finance department for Invoice Reconciliation, Payments, and Credit notes. Education: Any. Experience: Fresher Language: Tamil, English, Hindi, Any other languages is an added advantage.
