Procurement Executive (FMCG) Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Procurement Executive for the FMCG sector. The role involves managing procurement operations, vendor coordination, supply chain efficiency, and market expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities Procurement Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for raw materials, and FMCG products Ensure timely procurement at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships Monitor inventory levels Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and cost controls Conduct market surveys to analyze competitors, pricing, and consumer trends Plan and execute promotional activities and product launches Handle vendor issues, complaints, and performance reviews Reporting & Coordination Prepare procurement and inventory reports Eligibility & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree experience in FMCG Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Good knowledge of FMCG supply chain, distribution networks, and market dynamics Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (preferred) Willingness to travel within the assigned area Key Skills Required Procurement & vendor management Negotiation & cost optimization Market analysis & planning Team coordination & leadership Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (as per experience) Performance-based incentives Travel allowance Career growth opportunities
