Job Description

IT Product Sales Servers, Storage, and Networking Products

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise the daily activities of the purchasing department and its staff.
Prepare budgets, conduct cost analyses, and generate reports on procurement activities.
Develop purchasing plans for equipment, services, and supplies based on company needs.
Ensure strict adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
Review, compare, and analyze products and services to approve purchases.
Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and stock.
Regularly update and maintain supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
