Job Description

Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for construction and industrial materials.
Prepare and process purchase requests, quotations, and orders under supervision.
Follow up with vendors on order confirmations, dispatch, and delivery status.
Conduct site visits to verify received materials, check stock levels, and ensure quality compliance.
Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to identify upcoming material requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of quotations, purchase orders, delivery challans, and material inspection reports.
Support procurement manager in vendor evaluation and price comparison.
Track and reconcile stock records between sites and head office inventory.
Ensure timely communication on procurement and logistics updates to internal teams.
Follow company procedures for documentation, quality, and safety standards
