Electrical Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage electrical project execution across various industrial sites in Kerala. • Interpret and execute work based on electrical drawings, layouts, and technical datasheets. • Handle daily site operations, workforce management, and coordination with subcontractors and clients. • Ensure timely completion of works maintaining safety and quality standards. • Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve site-related challenges independently. • Travel regularly to project sites across Kerala. Requirements: • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical project execution. • Any educational background is acceptable, but strong field knowledge is essential. • Proven ability to handle electrical projects independently from start to finish. • Good understanding of electrical drawings and technical specifications. • Must be willing to travel frequently to various project locations within Kerala.
