Electrical Site Supervisor

In this role at Alstef Group, you will be responsible for managing allocated projects to ensure that established budgets are met and margins are protected. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and understanding project estimates and scopes of work - Agreeing on budgets with the Project Team - Proactively managing purchase orders on site to control usage and expenditure - Implementing project systems and processes according to the Project Management Manual - Developing accurate and detailed project schedules that are realistic and can be completed within the set timeframe - Monitoring project site performance regularly against a detailed project plan and making necessary decisions/changes to avoid delays - Overseeing the management of operational and resource requirements for the project site, including timely ordering of all necessary products, materials, and resources - Identifying project changes that constitute variations and ensuring contractually compliant claims are presented to cover costs incurred by such changes You will also be responsible for coordinating design teams (Electrical, Mechanical, and Software) and the manufacturing facility, communicating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and actively participating in health and safety matters. To succeed in this role, you should have: - A minimum of five years of relevant experience in site installation and supervision of BHS - Proven experience in negotiation and conflict management - Demonstrated delivery of project outcomes with contractual documentation - Working knowledge of contractual and commercial issues - Sound working knowledge of installation scheduling and planning In terms of education and training, you should have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI with sound experience in electrical installation. Additionally, you must be willing to travel frequently for extended periods, as this is essential for successful performance in this role.,
