Procurement Executive

About the Company:

We are a reputed PVC Tape manufacturing company based in Bhiwandi, engaged in producing high-quality adhesive products for industrial use. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations efficiently and ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase process – from inquiry to order placement.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers for material delivery, quality, and timelines.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production departments to meet material requirements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of purchase processes, vendor management, and negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Email Communication, and tally prime .
• Good follow-up and coordination skills are a must.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
