Procurement Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, focusing on IT hardware purchases, vendor management, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  Manage the procurement process for IT hardware and related products.

• 
  Raise and process purchase orders accurately and on time.

• 
  Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.

• 
  Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new vendors.

• 
  Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• 
  Ensure timely delivery of materials and handle any discrepancies or delays.

• 
  Track and maintain procurement records, including pricing and vendor performance.

• 
  Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements and budgets.

• 
  Continuously identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• 
  Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the IT hardware domain.

• 
  Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain principles.

• 
  Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• 
  Proficient in handling purchase orders, vendor management, and pricing analysis.

• 
  Attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.

• 
  Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
