Job Description

 Project Management (PM)
Oversee and track project schedules, ensuring timely execution of key milestones. Develop and manage demand planning strategies to align with project requirements. Conduct CTB (Cost-to-Budget) reviews, tracking Part Number (PN), Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), customs clearance, and shipment arrival status to ensure smooth procurement and delivery. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, operations, and logistics, to facilitate project progress. Identify potential risks in project timelines and procurement processes and propose solutions. 2. CapEx Price Management Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement. Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process to ensure a smooth procurement experience and maintain long-term partnerships. Handle the approval process for reimbursable items, ensuring price justification and compliance with financial policies. Support budgeting and financial planning by tracking and analyzing CapEx expenses. 3. Equipment/Fixture Purchasing Engineer Manage end-to-end vendor interactions, including vendor selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation. Process and fulfill purchasing demands from internal teams, including Request for Quotation (RFQ), Part Number (PN) creation, Purchase Order (PO) signing, Vendor Code (VC) creation, and procurement process improvement. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and negotiate favorable terms with vendors. Track and manage delivery timelines, ensuring on-time fulfillment of equipment and fixture orders. Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance procurement efficiency and cost savings. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, or CapEx Management. Strong understanding of Procurement processes, Supply chain operations, and Vendor management. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage cost, budget, and timeline constraints. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems (SAP, ECS, CFA, Evoucher, Oracle, etc.), and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with customs clearance, shipment tracking, and financial approval workflows is a plus.
