Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Specialist in the HVAC industry, your primary responsibility will be to source and purchase a variety of HVAC items such as AHUs, VRVs, copper pipe insulations, ADP ducts, grills, diffusers, and MS pipes. You will be tasked with establishing and nurturing relationships with reliable suppliers, evaluating and selecting vendors, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies. Your role will also involve negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals and optimize cost-effectiveness. In addition, you will be required to monitor inventory levels diligently to prevent overstocking while ensuring the availability of essential materials. Your expertise in tracking expenses, managing budgets, and implementing cost-saving strategies will be crucial in maintaining efficient procurement operations. It will be your responsibility to verify that all procured materials meet the required specifications and quality standards set by the organization. Your role will also entail maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities and preparing regular reports for review. Effective collaboration with project teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery will be essential for the successful execution of projects. To excel in this position, you must hold a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess 2 to 3 years of experience in HVAC procurement or a related field. Strong negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, organizational proficiency, and excellent communication skills are prerequisites for this role. Additionally, a sound knowledge of HVAC systems and materials will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
