Position Name : Junior Procurement Engineer

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech

Yrs. Of Exp - Min. 3 to 4 Years Experience in Building Materials Procurement

We’re Looking For:

1. Mandatory: Proven building material sourcing experience in Asian markets (China, India, Taiwan, Vietnam)
2. Preferred: Familiarity with USA & Middle East construction markets and standards
3. A can-do mindset — ready to try new things, fail fast, and adapt quickly
4. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimization skills

What You’ll Be Procuring:

  2. Fasteners, Sheathing, insulation

3. Interior & Exterior Finish Materials

4. Other essential components including operation materials to support fabrication of panelized building systems

📌 Your Day-to-Day:

1. Work closely with Engineering & Manufacturing teams to gather requirements and present multiple sourcing options
2. Negotiate with suppliers & manufacturers to ensure best value, quality, and timelines
3. Coordinate with Finance & Management for timely orders and deliveries
4. Arrange supplier/manufacturer support to meet engineering & production needs.
