Procurement Coordination Executive

Anzen Exports Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordination Executive to support our procurement and commercial operations. The role involves engaging with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in handling enquiries and documentation. The ideal candidate should be organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a structured, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with suppliers for rates and required documents
• Coordinate communication with suppliers on ongoing procurement matters
• Enter and maintain records in the offer sheet, including pricing, delivery timelines, and document status
• Assist in managing enquiries as per the directions received
• Update and maintain accurate information in the CRM system

Required Skills & Attributes

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement coordination or a similar role
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Drive
• Excellent email drafting and communication skills
• CRM familiarity and willingness to adopt internal systems
• Sharp memory and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Basic understanding of market trends and price variations
