Proclink - Analytics Consultant - Power BI

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions
• Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Build predictive models and scoring systems for use cases such as policy lapse, claims propensity, and lead conversion
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, or R; ensure data integrity and interpretability
• Present insights, hypotheses, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams
• Align analytics solutions with regulatory and business rules in the U.S. insurance context
• Collaborate with Proclinks internal teams in data engineering and AI/ML Qualifications :
• 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in analytics or data science in BFSI domain, preferably in
  

• Expertise in SQL and at least one of Python, or R
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients in the BFSI space
• Experience in predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration
