Process Training Specialist

As a Specialist Trainer at Star Secutech Pvt Ltd, your primary role will involve conducting training sessions for PS5 training in Bangalore. You will work 9 hours a day for 5 days a week in rotational shifts. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a process trainer in the international Voice domain. Qualifications and Mandatory Requirements: - Bachelor's degree is mandatory. - Experience in classroom training, handling batches of fresher and existing employees. - Excellent facilitation and coaching skills in both virtual and face-to-face environments. - Exposure to MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Proficient English communication and facilitation skills. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts. Desired Profile: - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain effective customer and internal relationships. - Proficient in Soft Skills and training methodologies. - Understanding of US culture. - Knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques. - Client management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
