Location: Hyderabad

• Shift: 24*7(Night)

• 5 Days working & 2 day rotational off)

• Work from Office

Exp: Minimum 2 years of experience as Process Trainer on paper.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end training for new hires in the Mapping process, both virtually and in-person.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Mapping specialists.
• Conduct refresher sessions, knowledge checks, and skill assessments for batches in OJT and production stages. Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with SMEs, QA, and Operations teams to ensure consistent training outcomes and process alignment.
• Maintain training trackers, reports, and performance summaries for each batch.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written & verbal communication Skill Mandate.
• Excellent presentation Skills & demonstration of command over the language.
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem-solving approach.
• Preferred knowledge on coaching & Feedback sharing.
• Ability to manage training across multiple time zones and high-volume ramps
• Good analytical skills, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.
