Process Trainer

As a Training Specialist in the Travel domain, your primary role is to deliver process training reports and ensure the class performance reports are kept up to date. You will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the training program by maintaining an updated and calibrated hourly training outline. Your key responsibilities will include: - Incorporating product and policy updates in the training sessions - Creating facilitator guides and training manuals for various training sessions - Developing product knowledge checks for the training participants - Providing regular feedback to the batch on their performance to ensure continuous learning and improvement - Cascading all process updates to both existing and new team members - Conducting refresher training sessions to maintain training effectiveness on the floor - Establishing innovative systems and procedures for delivering training and continuously improving them - Participating in calibrations with Quality and Operations teams - Providing support to operations during the On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase to ensure a smooth transition of the training batch to Production - Performing quality checks on calls/cases of agents and providing necessary feedback - Staying updated with policy changes and updates within the process and the company - Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management and internal departments like HR, operations, and facility - Adhering to Information Security Policies and Procedures - Ensuring compliance with Information Security Policies and Procedures - Complying with the Non-Disclosure Agreement Additionally, experience in the Travel domain is a must for this role.
