Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Soft Skills and Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and development within the BPO industry, particularly in soft skills and sales training. The role will involve equipping employees with the necessary soft skills, sales techniques, and communication abilities required to excel in their roles and meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Design & Delivery:
• Develop and deliver training programs on soft skills, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Create training content, materials, and manuals tailored to the needs of the BPO environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new hires and existing staff.
• Sales Training:
• Train employees on effective sales strategies, including lead generation, closing techniques, objection handling, and relationship building.
• Focus on enhancing performance, sales metrics, and overall customer engagement through improved sales approaches.
• Soft Skills Training:
• Focus on communication skills, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, time management, leadership, and teamwork.
• Improve interpersonal skills, listening skills, and assertiveness to foster a productive work environment.
• Performance Monitoring & Feedback:
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback through role-plays, assessments, and reviews.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with team leaders and managers to understand the specific needs of the teams and align training programs accordingly.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate relevant learning into the training sessions.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of training programs, feedback, and employee progress.
• Generate regular reports on training outcomes and employee performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Soft Skills and Sales Trainer in the BPO or related industry.
• Prior experience in sales training, customer service training, and soft skills development.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications in training, sales, or customer service are a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer service best practices, and soft skills development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs, adapt to various learning styles, and engage employees effectively.
• Proficiency in using training tools, LMS platforms, and MS Office Suite.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
