Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a training specialist to support our US Wealth - Brokerage Operations to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge with Admin Solution work for a US-based wealth management client. The candidate should have strong background in capital markets, excellent communication, analytical skills, and transfer knowledge and skill to achieve high levels of excellence

• 3 to 5 years of experience in US Wealth Management or Capital Markets operations, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) in wealth management front-office operations, Cash Management and New Account and retirement services.

Preferred candidate profile

Job Responsibilities:

• Training of new hires on fundamental skills essential for entry level performance concepts of Capital Markets or Wealth Management and client specific training requirements
• Support business with need-based OJT Support – Coaching and Refresher Training
• Manage performance, development and adherence to organizational policies for trainees (levels 1-3)
• Training need assessment – parameter-based assessment for root cause analysis and action planning
• Content Curation and Development and implementation
• Working with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and evaluation of training projects
• Conduct employee engagement activities to maximize conversion
• Providing stakeholders with insights into business development and expansion
• Providing insights into automation capabilities
• Maintaining governance mechanisms that adhere to ISO Standards

• Domain Knowledge (Capital Markets/Wealth Management) – Expertise in Cash Management, Account Opening, and Maintenance Operations (e.g., householding, client data updates, reporting).
