Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Design and deliver process training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
* Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.
* Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation metrics such as throughput improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Strong understanding of BPO/Call Centre operations and processes.
* Proficiency in OJT (On-the-Job Training), TNI (Training Needs Identification), TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TTT (Training Delivery).
* Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Shifts :

Fixed Day shifts (10 am - 7 pm ), Sunday fixed off.
