Process Trainer

Job Description: Process TrainerPosition Summary

We are looking for a motivated Process Trainer with a minimum of 1 year of experience, including strong exposure to sales processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new and existing employees, improving process knowledge, and supporting overall performance enhancement within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role-plays, and performance metrics.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales conversion and customer handling skills.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Monitor process adherence and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, sales workflows, and organizational processes.
• Maintain training records, reports, and performance insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Process Trainer or in a similar training role.
• Mandatory experience in sales processes (inbound/outbound, lead handling, conversion, CRM usage, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to explain complex processes in a simple and clear manner.
• Proficiency in preparing training content, presentations, and process documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO/Tele-sales/SaaS sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnel management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
