Process Trainer

Education and Skills:

● Graduate in relevant field.

● Min 1-2 years of process trainer or relevant experience.

● Professional & committed to work.

● Complete knowledge of the training domain .

● Should have good knowledge regarding all sorts of training tools, methodology/feedback delivery/BQM/TNI & etc.

● Able to understand the instructions & able to convey the same to users.

Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

● · Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a training role, with a strong understanding of training

methodologies:-

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills. · Prepare detailed reports on training
• attendance, training dashboard and TNI report. · Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure
• compliance of NHT batches and OJT batches · Working Window – 08 AM to 08 PM for 7 days working
• (Rotational weekly off)

● Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in voice process (E-commerce or retail), with at least 1-2

years in Training role

● CTC 25k to 30K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
