Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Process Trainer at Rupeeq. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, delivering new hire training, and developing training materials. The role involves creating and executing training programs, presenting complex information clearly, and providing ongoing support to employees to ensure they meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training Needs Analysis and delivering New Hire Training
• Strong Presentation and Communication skills
• Analytical Skills required for understanding and improving training processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Proven track record in a similar training role, preferably within the finance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, HR, or related field is preferred
