Roles and Responsibilities
Training employees on proper procedures for handling live customer calls.
Performing regular TNA's to bridge gaps.
Conducting regular refreshers to keep operations running smoothly.
Creating positive experiences amongst trainees.
Floor/Process improvement through constant feedback and coaching sessions .
Conducting training to fulfill client requirements and adhere to SLA's Sharing training region. specific trends and insights to client for smooth and transparent operations.
Conducting and preparing regular PKT's to gauge and improve agent product knowledge.
Should be okay for itnernational shifts
