Performing regular TNA's to bridge gaps. Conducting regular refreshers to keep operations running smoothly. Creating positive experiences amongst trainees. Floor/Process improvement through constant feedback and coaching sessions . Conducting training to fulfill client requirements and adhere to SLA's Sharing training region. specific trends and insights to client for smooth and transparent operations.
