Process Trainer & Auditor

As a Sales Training and Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees on sales processes, workflows, and other business operations. You will assess the performance of new joiners during the training period and provide constructive feedback on their suitability for the company. It will be crucial for you to ensure that all employees understand and adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance standards. In this role, you will be expected to develop training materials including manuals, presentations, and SOP documentation. Additionally, you will conduct refresher training sessions based on performance analysis and updates to existing processes. Your duties will also involve monitoring and auditing telesales call recordings to analyze quality, adherence to sales scripts, and customer handling. You will be responsible for identifying any gaps in sales communication, compliance, or process execution and providing corrective feedback. Furthermore, you will audit other business processes to ensure compliance with company SOPs and workflow standards. As part of your job, you will conduct regular quality checks and maintain audit reports to highlight areas that require improvement. Collaboration with team leaders and management to implement process enhancements will be an integral aspect of this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is on-site.
