Role & responsibilities:- Job Role - Sales & Marketing Manager Job Location - Aligarh Work experience - Minimum 5 years relevant experience in any industry Qualification - Any Graduate and postgraduate Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and manage our Telesales & Field Sales teams, ensuring maximum lead conversion and streamlined operations. This role involves: Driving telesales performance, extracting maximum sales from the team. Monitoring lead quality and conversion, ensuring potential customers are engaged effectively. Optimizing field operations to minimize travel expenses and maximize productivity. Ensuring smooth coordination between telesales and field teams to accelerate loan processing. Conducting audits, training, and monitoring of both telesales and field sales teams. Addressing and resolving daily queries of both teams to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Telesales Team Management: Oversee the telesales team, ensuring they achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan conversion targets. Monitor call quality, sales pitch effectiveness, and customer engagement. Provide regular training and coaching to improve sales efficiency. Audit telesales calls, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective measures. Address and resolve telecallers' queries and challenges in real-time. Ensure leads are efficiently transferred to field sales for loan file processing. Lead Conversion & Sales Optimization: Personally handle and call leads to maximize loan disbursement. Ensure quick and effective follow-up on generated leads. Optimize the file transfer process from telesales to field officers to reduce turnaround time. Minimize unnecessary travel by ensuring strategic allocation of field visits. Field Sales Team Coordination & Route Planning: Plan and assign daily routes for field executives to ensure maximum productivity. Track field sales employees' movements to minimize inefficiencies and prevent idle time. Ensure field officers visit genuine prospects, reducing wasted efforts. Conduct audits of field officers' work to validate their reports. Address and resolve field employees' daily operational queries. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze telesales and field sales conversion rates. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and sales progress. Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions to increase efficiency. Ensure seamless coordination between telesales and field teams for faster loan approvals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive sales teams. Experience in call monitoring, telesales quality audits, and field sales planning. Proficiency in CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales analytics. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle daily operational challenges. Strong organizational and time-management skills to optimize sales workflow. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of regional areas for better reachability with rural customers
