Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Course upload Creation on LMS Providing Course Overview and Course details
Scheduling events
Registering learners
Facilitating the event session
Resolve technical issues such as helping participants who are having trouble logging on or starting their video and or audio broadcasts
Distributing their contact information with participants prior to the first class session so they know who to contact
If required set up a separate chat pod for your facilitator to use to communicate directly with you without interrupting the class
Sharing enrollment list on daily weekly basis with Facilitators
Marking attendance and course completion
Interacting with relevant stakeholders
Capturing Feedback
Recording the meeting
Making the recording s available for participants who missed the scheduled event session
Client communication and stakeholder management
Learning Analytics Reporting and Dashboard
SLA management
Setting up Quality and audit guidelines
Monitoring team s performance against the agreed SLAs
