Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Safety Manager to join our team at Aarti Industries Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process safety and risk management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes and technologies.
Provide training and guidance on process safety best practices to employees.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
Maintain accurate records of process safety performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in process safety, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of process safety principles, regulations, and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is an asset.
