Process Mining Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Skills:
2. Understand the Process Mining solution offered by Signavio.
3. Capable of building KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to processes and client requirement.
4. Hands on experience on building Analysis dashboard.
5. Hands on experience in different component of Signavio like - simulation.
6. Capable of identifying and building Execution Gap use cases.
7. Should have good analytical skills.
8. Should understand and implement requirements.
9. Strong presentation and communication skills.
10. Should be able to write complex SQL and PQL queries.
11. Should be able to implement Multi Event Log in custom projects.
12. Utilize task mining tools to extract valuable insights from operational data
