Process Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Risk Analysis & Mitigation

Identify, assess, and prioritize operational, financial, and compliance risks.

Recommend and implement effective mitigation strategies.

2. Gap Identification & Escalation

Conduct audits to detect process gaps and compliance concerns.

Present key risks and irregularities to senior leadership promptly.

3. Process Playbook Development

Develop and document playbooks to prevent risk occurrences.

Ensure processes are scalable and easily adopted across departments.

4. Audit Protocols & Continuous Monitoring

Establish audit protocols for periodic checks and real-time monitoring.

Implement early detection and swift rectification mechanisms.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead and mentor a team of general auditors and domain specialists.

Drive collaboration with business functions for smooth audit operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Experience:

Strong knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, internal controls, and relevant regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience in process documentation and continuous improvement.
