Process Manager

As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling processes to ensure efficient operations and achievement of objectives. You will continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes. Training teams on processes and providing ongoing support to ensure their understanding and adherence will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for the successful completion of the mission, involving regular status updates to stakeholders for effective communication. Leading the Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes across Service Lines (SL) and Business Services (BSS) will also be within your scope of responsibilities, including handling escalations. Key Requirements: - Good Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management - Familiarity with Lean & Agile Culture - Technical proficiency in software development and infrastructure operations - ITIL Certification - 3 days mandatory work from the office Skills: - Previous experience in process management or a related role, with a deep understanding of service management principles, processes, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with teams and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in lean management, focusing on a customer-centric approach to resolving service-related challenges. - Knowledge of service management frameworks such as ITIL. - Understanding of Michelin IS is considered a significant advantage.
